Essential Job Functions

• Support the store manager and the assistant manager to achieve store and company-wide goals.

• Directly drive sales and maintain revenue targets through managing and participating in front-line sales while ensuring excellent customer service and addressing customer issues.

• Monitor loss prevention procedures in addition to notifying the store manager when optimal inventory counts dip below the necessary level for product movement.

• Keep communication with the store manager and the assistant store manager, and report issues and opportunities.

• Adapt communication styles to the person and/or situation.

• Computer competency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Strong communication skills with customers as well as communication through the phone and email.
• Background in sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and manager client grievances.
